Come to Myofascial Self-Care to learn rolling techniques & fascia-focused movement to hydrate your tissues, increase movement possibilities, and turn up the volume on embodied awareness!

Working with your fascia can offer so many benefits, including improving ease movement, range of motion, and alleviating tension and pain. Not only is it an excellent support system for any movement practice, it can provide a sense of wellbeing, hydrate our tissues, and be a valuable tool for embodied awareness. Each week we'll learn different techniques for rolling, hydrating, and stimulating our fascial tissues using balls and fascia-focused movement practices. This class is appropriate for the very stiff, the very flexible, and everyone in between. 

This class is not appropriate for folks with acute injuries or major movement limitations. Students will need to be able to comfortably get down onto the floor. 

Rolling tools will be provided and will be available for purchase in class.
