I've been working on this solo show turned dance film for several years. It's a self-portrait in dance, bringing together the diverse ways of moving and being in my changing body, as a queer and disabled person. For the first time, all my modalities come together - floor, crutches, aerial apparatus, wheelchair, seats, structural props.

Through their choice of materials and visual languages, these artists challenge conventional notions of borders as fixed. They reimagine borders as sites of historical investigations, social reckoning, and conduits of an emerging aesthetic.
