Join Contemporary Dance & Fitness Studio for our 52nd annual May Performance at the

We’re excited to announce our Spring Works-In-Progress Showing! Featuring Teen Jazz, Junior Company, Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Acro, Contemporary, Tap, and Hip Hop!

Students will learn the basic positions and movements of modern dance, including exercises to increase body awareness and incorporate the breath into movement.

We’re excited to announce our annual Teen Jazz and Junior Company Tour Preview! The performance will be held on Saturday, February 7th at 7pm in the Chapel at 36 College Street. The performance features both Teen Jazz and Junior Company dancers, and offers a look at the pieces they’ll be taking on tour in April.

Join The Junction Dance Festival for Midwinter Motion, a winter dance showcase
and fundraiser bringing together local artists for an evening of performance,
community, and celebration. Expect a mix of modern, hip hop, and
Improvisational dance, plus a silent auction, sweet treats, and plenty of chances to
connect with fellow dance lovers. All are welcome!

Featured dance artists include: BDB Dance, Rhythm Riderz, Elizabeth Kurylo,
Chloe A. Schafer, Liz Westbrook, and Willow Wonder.

A choreography-focused Modern and HipHop Fusion class designed to help students develop their ability to “lyrically enunciate” through movement while staying grounded in the rhythmic structure of the music. This class encourages personal interpretation and connection to sound, with phrase work that can be scaled for intermediate and advanced dancers.
