This policy applies to your use of the Vermont Dance Alliance Services and website (collectively, “Vermont Dance Alliance”), regardless of how they are accessed. If you do not agree with this privacy policy, do not access or use Vermont Dance Alliance.

Information that Vermont Dance Alliance Collects

Vermont Dance Alliance, Inc. (the “Company,” “us,” “we”) collects personal information when you register with Vermont Dance Alliance, when someone invites you to join Vermont Dance Alliance, and when you use, access, or visit Vermont Dance Alliance. When you register we ask for certain information such as your name and email address. When you register with Vermont Dance Alliance and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. Vermont Dance Alliance is not intended for children under the age of 13.

You can also opt out of receiving future messages (including the “Vermont Dance Alliance Email Newsletter” email), but we reserve the right to continue to send you certain communications relating to Vermont Dance Alliance, such as service announcements and administrative messages, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.
